Synopsis on ICONS 1: The New York Times called ICONS: The Lesbian and Gay History of the World, Vol. 1 “a hilarious whirlwind tour!” Latin pop star Jade Esteban Estrada creates a hilarious and glittering extravaganza with his hit solo show ICONS: The Lesbian and Gay History of the World, Vol. 1 using the voices of Sappho, MichelAngelo, Oscar Wilde, Gertrude Stein, Sylvia Rivera and Ellen DeGeneres. Written and performed by Jade Esteban Estrada. Directed by Jeff Wills. Costumes by Aliza. Additional musical arrangements by Tracy Stark. Running time 65 minutes.
