Blair Helsing		The Percussive Arts Society California Chapter http://www.pas.org/chapters/california announces its 2003 Scholarship for a percussion student age 16 to 25. The winner will receive a 1-year paid membership in the Percussive Arts Society, free admission to the Percussive Arts Society International Convention this November in Louisville, KY, and paid airfare to the Convention (up to $500).
